There are various facilities offering device irradiation services that are useful for soft-error testing. The list below includes a number of sites that have expressed a willingness to host soft-error testing. The capabilities of the facility and a contact person are included in the list. Although an effort is made to maintain this list, please contact the facility directly to confirm information. Report any discrepancies that you find to facilities@seutest.com.
